Job Scope

  • Manage shipments and related documentation.
  • Prepare and process billing using different platforms and systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and respond to enquiries accordingly.
  • Receive, check, and maintain relevant documents.
  • Perform accurate data entry and update records.
  • Coordinate daily operational and administrative tasks with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
