Information:
- Location: Parkway Parade Mall
- Working hours: 11.15am to 9pm
- Able to commit minimally 3 times per week, including 1 weekend
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
- Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Min GCE "N" Levels with 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
