Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth business performance.
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, company policies, and SOPs.
- Monitor cleanliness, food quality, service standards, and outlet presentation.
- Ensure outlet readiness during operating hours.
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor labour cost, food cost, and controllable expenses.
- Maximise outlet productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop outlet employees.
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Build a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all required operational records and reports are completed accurately.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B outlet or restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates with experience managing food stalls, food court outlets, or similar F&B operations are welcome to apply.
