Job Description

  • Welcomes and greets customers
  • Prepare menu proposal and quotation
  • Solicit guest feedback
  • Coordinate events
  • Interact actively with guests to gather feedback for Managers to constantly monitor and improve guests’ dining experience
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage Menu Items so as to recommend items to and answer queries from guests
  • Train Leading Hostess
  • Assist in service during meal period, as required
  • Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in service and hospitality industry is preferred
  • Possess positive attitude and determination to solve problems
  • Able to communicate with both English and chinese speaking customers 
  • Possess good communication skills with clear voice
  • Customer service oriented and well-groomed
  • Computer knowledge and skills preferred
