What You'll Do:
- Deliver Excellent Service to our guests by understanding and meeting their expectations with a smile.
- Boost Sales to hit our targets.
- Be the go-to person for all our campaigns, promotions, and events, providing guests with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems.
- Manage stock tally when needed, ensuring everything is in perfect order.
- Maintain the general cleanliness of the venue at all times, making sure it’s always guest-ready.
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the F&B, Retail, or Tourism industry.
- Passion and love for our brand, games, and engaging with people.
- A commitment to delivering high-standard service to our guests.
- A responsible, energetic, and proactive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with our guests and team.

Other Information:
- Working Days: Mon – Sun (2 off days per week). You’ll get 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, and 1 Sunday off per month, with the other off days mostly on off-peak weekdays.
- Shift Hours: Rotating shift basis and needs to be able to work on weekends
- Training Provided with allowance
