Sous Chef / Chef de Partie

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Sous Chef / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate should have good kitchen experience, a positive attitude, and be able to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are followed
- Support stock control, ordering, and inventory checks
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
- Help with menu preparation, events, and daily service
Requirements:
- Relevant kitchen experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
