Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to approved recipes and quality standards
- Conduct pre-cooking checks and ensure raw materials meet food safety requirements
- Portion, plate, pack, and provide quality service during serving
- Collect food samples and operate/record hot holding cabinets and food warmers
- Supervise kitchen assistants and guide food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations, adhering to hygiene and food safety SOPs
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by being open to learning, improving processes, and supporting continuous kitchen improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a kitchen or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen SOPs
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset, willing to learn and improve continuously
- Physically able to carry heavy loads.
- Must possess a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1

- Working hours: 6 days per week (including public holidays and weekends), 7am - 3pm
- Location: Senoko
