Job Summary:

Job Description:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders, refunds, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotional offers
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Job Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required for candidates demonstrating excellent aptitude and attitude
