📢 WE'RE HIRING: ADMIN ASSISTANT
📍 Location: 40 Penjuru Lane
🕒 Working Hours:
📅 Monday to Friday | ⏰ 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
💵 OT will be pay
💰 Salary:
SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,800 (based on experience)
✨ Completion Bonus (after 1 year)
📌 Job Scope:
- Handle customer accounts & shipments
- Coordinate with warehouse/suppliers
- Respond to calls, emails, and resolve issues
- Prepare reports & support billing
- Backup duties and ad-hoc tasks from supervisor
🎯 Requirements:
✔ Able to commit OT (weekday/weekends)
✔ Comfortable in fast-paced environments
✔ Microsoft Office skills
