• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with product recommendations and purchases
• Maintain customer records, work orders and payment details
• Support stock receiving, inventory management and replenishment
• Ensure store cleanliness and attractive product displays
• Work with the team to achieve sales and service targets
✅ Requirements
• 1 year of retail, customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Sales-driven and comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
