Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and phone calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service standards.
- Perform general administrative and customer support duties.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
