We are looking for a responsible, hands-on and reliable Site Supervisor to join our Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth facility operations
• Supervise and coordinate ground team members
• Monitor staff attendance, deployment and work assignments
• Conduct site inspections and ensure cleanliness and operational standards are maintained
• Attend to operational issues and follow up on work requests
• Communicate with tenants and provide on-ground support when required
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements and facility guidelines
• Escalate incidents, maintenance issues and operational concerns to management
• Guide and support team members in their daily duties
• Provide basic operational reports and updates
Requirements:
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
• Good communication and people-management skills
• Hands-on and comfortable working in an operational environment
• Able to lead and coordinate a ground operations team
• Basic English and computer/mobile application skills
• Supervisory, facilities or F&B operations experience is an advantage
Working Schedule:
• Shift work: 10 AM – 10 PM
• Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays according to roster
• Rest days will be scheduled according to the duty roster
