Temp Patient Service Associate
Deliver prompt and excellent front-line services to patients, showcasing care and professionalism.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and payment collection processes.
Provide financial counselling to patients to ensure clarity and understanding of services.
Assist in the administration of patient records and support doctors during medical consultations.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline, GCE 'A'/'O' Level, Higher NITEC in Business Studies, or NITEC in Service Skills.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong team player with effective interpersonal communication skills.
Previous experience in frontline customer service is preferred.
