🔥 PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE / PROCUREMENT STAFF 🔥
📍 Location: Science Park / West
💰 Basic Salary: Up to $3,000/month
📅 Monday – Friday
⏰ 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
📋 Handle purchase requisitions, quotations & purchase orders
🤝 Source and liaise with vendors on pricing, availability & delivery
💻 Create new items and process POs in SAP
📝 Assist with vendor onboarding & EHS assessment
💰 Negotiate with vendors for better pricing
🚚 Follow up on orders, shipments & delivery status
📦 Handle internal enquiries & stock take
👥 Provide backup support to the team when required
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of procurement experience
- SAP experience is required
- Familiar with procurement processes and documentation
- Able to liaise effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
