📦 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Receive, inspect & record incoming materials
✨ Maintain accurate stock levels & inventory records
✨ Update inventory tracking using Excel 💻📊
✨ Conduct stock audits & cycle counts 🔍
✨ Label & organise materials properly 🏷️📦
✨ Issue materials to relevant departments
✨ Prepare & pack items for dispatch 🚚
✨ Maintain records of stock movement & balances
✨ Prepare inventory reports 📋
✨ Follow safety & housekeeping standards 🦺
⭐ REQUIREMENTS:
🔹 Warehouse experience preferred 📦
🔹 Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage 💊
🔹 Familiar with engineering spare parts such as gaskets, valves & related components 🔧⚙️
🔹 Able to independently handle warehouse operations 💪
🔹 Proficient in Excel & inventory tracking 💻📊
🔹 Physically fit to carry water samples 💧💪
