Kitchen Assistant / Service Crew / F&B Cashier - Basic + Allowance + HIGH OT + Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Prepare ingredients, food items and beverages according to standard procedures.
- Assist with cooking, food preparation and plating when required.
- Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to customer requests.
- Operate the cashier and POS system, process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining and counter areas.
- Replenish food, drinks, packaging and other supplies when required.
- Assist with receiving, storing and checking food ingredients and supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Support opening and closing duties and other daily restaurant operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- No minimum qualification required; relevant F&B experience is an advantage.
- Basic food preparation or kitchen experience is an advantage for kitchen roles.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing for extended periods.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
