HR Operations Executive (4-Month Contract)
Location: Central Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 per month
Contract Duration: 4 Months
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide hands-on support across HR operations and monthly payroll coordination for a 4-month contract assignment.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee-related matters.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Consolidate, check and submit payroll information to the external payroll vendor.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and other documentation.
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals and related administration.
- Maintain employee records, leave and medical benefits information.
- Attend to general HR and payroll enquiries.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation are in compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Provide other HR operational support as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR operations / payroll administration experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF and MOM requirements.
- Experience coordinating payroll with an external payroll provider will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to commit to a 4-month contract.
- Candidates who are available at short notice will have an advantage.
