Job Description
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to approved recipes, batch instructions, and quality standards.
- Perform pre-production checks to ensure ingredients and raw materials meet food safety, quality, and specification requirements.
- Carry out portioning, plating (where applicable), packing, and labelling accurately to meet production and quality standards.
- Support daily production operations, ensuring work is completed on time and in line with production schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations, in compliance with hygiene, food safety, allergen, and workplace safety SOPs.
- Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and report any equipment issues or deviations promptly.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by being open to learning, following improvements to recipes or processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a kitchen or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen SOPs
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset, willing to learn and improve continuously
Others:
5 days work week
Rotating shift: 8am - 6pm, 10am - 8pm
Midnight shift (3 hours break): 8pm - 8am
*Shift allowance will be provided.
