Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end airfreight forwarding operations for import and export shipments
  • Coordinate bookings, documentation, customs clearance, billing, and shipment closure
  • Liaise with customers, airlines, ground handlers, truckers, and customs authorities
  • Monitor shipment progress and ensure SLA and regulatory compliance
  • Resolve shipment issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports


Requirements:
✔️ Only Singaporean may apply
✔️Min 2 years’ experience in the supply chain industry

✔️Hands-on experience in Cargowise system
