HR & Administration Executive
📍 Location: Clementi Central, West Region
💰 Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 per month
🕒 Employment Type: Open to Contract or Full Time (Immediately Start)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Assist with attendance, leave, payroll and other HR-related matters
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and candidate follow-ups
- Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters and other HR-related documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation, office supplies and vendor coordination
- Assist with company events, staff activities and other ad-hoc HR projects
- Ensure HR and administrative processes are carried out accurately and in accordance with company policies and requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
