What’s the role?

👨‍🍳 Chef De Partie / Demi Chef / Commis Cook

Join Tanamera Coffee, where quality food and exceptional hospitality go hand in hand. We're looking for passionate kitchen professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment and take pride in delivering consistently great food.

  • 📍Location - Marina Square Mall
  • 🕒Working Hours - 44 hours per week / 5-day work week

Key Responsibilities

  • 🍳 Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch, and all-day dining dishes to Tanamera standards.
  • 🥗 Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning.
  • 🧼 Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • 📦 Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and inventory control.
  • 🤝 Support daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • 👨‍🍳 Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver efficient and timely service.


✅ What We're Looking For

  • Relevant at least 1 year of kitchen experience is preferred.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Passion for café-style dining and quality food.
