💰 Basic Salary:
• Assistant Restaurant Manager: SGD 3,250/month
• Restaurant Manager: SGD 3,800/month
💵 Gross Monthly: SGD 5,000–SGD 6,000 (including allowances & OT)
🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage food quality, service standards, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
- Supervise, coach and motivate restaurant staff.
- Conduct staff training and monitor staff performance.
- Prepare staff rosters and ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory and conduct monthly stock checks and replenishment.
- Manage cashiering, sales reconciliation and other daily operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation and licensing requirements.
- Monitor outlet performance and prepare monthly operational reports.
- Maintain staff discipline and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
✅ Requirements
- Relevant experience in Restaurant Management / Assistant Restaurant Management / F&B supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
