Business Analyst - 1654
S$6500 - 7500 / month
Nature of Service:
- Identification and assessment of current state processes based on interviews, focus group discussions, data gathering, etc.
- Development of future state processes in consultation with stakeholder groups including the Authority’s contractors/vendors.
- Facilitation of stakeholder group discussions or workshops to gather requirements, seek consensus on proposed future state processes, etc.
- Documentation of process models using the Authority’s preferred tool.
Required Role’s competencies, skills & knowledge
- Relevant credentials and qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performing the Role.
The candidate will support both enhancement delivery and operational activities including:
Enhancements and Change Requests (CR)
- Review enhancement requests with Product Managers and business users to assess business needs, feasibility, impact, and value.
- Analyse business and system requirements and recommend appropriate solution approaches.
TGS Operations Support
- Support daily operational activities, including triaging and coordinating investigation of support tickets.
- Facilitate issue resolution across vendors, business users and internal stakeholders.
- Support impact assessment and implementation planning for operational issues and enhancements.
Business Analysis Functions
- Design solutions and support transition strategies in consultation with track leads.
- Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and assess business requirements, including future-state business processes.
- Facilitate coordination across user divisions, vendors, and system teams.
- Document business processes, user journeys, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Support sprint planning, execution, and delivery activities to ensure timely implementation of enhancements.
