- Assist respondents in completing surveys either online or through manual data collection
- Accurately enter and validate collected data to maintain high data integrity
- Conduct field visits for respondents who are not reachable via phone or online channels
- Update call outcomes, survey status, and progress reports daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)
- Adhere to project timelines and data quality standards
- Office: Novena
- Working days: 5 days across Monday - Sunday
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of customer service or customer‑facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polite, professional approach
- Self‑motivated and able to manage time and tasks independently
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic data entry tools
- Willingness to work on weekends based on project requirements
