Job Description & Requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of spa rooms, facilities, and common areas
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each guest
- Refill towels, amenities, and spa supplies as required
- Assist guests with facility orientation and provide basic customer service
- Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure a pleasant, comfortable, and hygienic spa environment at all times
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Spa Manager
