Join the Café Nesuto kitchen! We're looking for a Demi Chef who cares about flavour, consistency and a clean station to join our savoury team.

**What you'll do**
- Run your section during service, prepping and cooking savoury dishes to spec
- Handle mise en place, portioning and plating to Café Nesuto's standards
- Help the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with menu development and testing new dishes
- Keep up food safety, hygiene and stock rotation (FIFO), and help with receiving and inventory
- Guide and support commis and kitchen assistants

**What we're looking for**
- At least 1–2 years' experience in a professional savoury kitchen (café, bistro or restaurant)
- Solid knife skills and cooking fundamentals: sauces, proteins, eggs, grains
- Stays calm under pressure and works well in a team
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Food Safety Course Level 1) preferred
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
