Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am -5pm)
Basic Salary: $2900/mth
Duties:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls and emails regarding shipments, deliveries, quotations and general logistics matters.
- Provide customers with shipment status updates and follow up on delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, transporters, drivers, freight agents and other internal teams to ensure shipments are handled smoothly.
- Handle customer complaints, delays, damaged/missing shipments or other service issues, and follow up until resolution.
- Assist with quotations, bookings, orders and shipment arrangements.
- Prepare or check basic shipping and logistics documentation when required.
- Update shipment/customer information accurately in the company's system.
- Follow up on outstanding documents or information required from customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure enquiries are responded to promptly.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the customer service/logistics team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
