Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Fixed hours

Salary: $2,800 ~ $3,000/month

Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries • Coordinate meeting room bookings and preparation
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services (DHL, FedEx) and deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness of reception and common areas
• Assist with general office administration, filing and data entry
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
• Assist with visitors’ registration
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support when required
Job Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’ Level or above
• Prior experience in receptionist, front desk, hospitality or administrative roles preferred
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Well-organised and proactive • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong service mindset
• Team player with a willingness to learn
