Job Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with seating and provide menus.
Explain menu items, promotions and recommendations when required.
Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next customers.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, service stations and other assigned areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
Job Requirements: Good communication and customer-service skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work as part of a team, and availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the roster. Previous F&B experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.
