💰Salary: Up to $4000 + bonuses
📝Duration: 1 year extendable/convertible
🕙Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6:30pm
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone call enquiries from bank customers regarding fraud activity
Requirements
- Min GCE 'N' Level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to cope in a fast-paced environment (paid training is provided for 1-2 months)
- Customer service experience preferred but no required
