Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a Chinese restaurant in Singapore.

Working Hours:
11:30 AM – 11:30 PM
2 hours break daily
Rest Days: 4 days per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations
  • Manage and train front-line service staff
  • Monitor service standards and customer experience
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints and operational issues
  • Assist with staff scheduling and floor management
  • Ensure company procedures and service standards are followed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Chinese restaurant experience
  • Restaurant supervisory/management experience preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Responsible, hands-on and strong in execution
  • Able to lead and manage a service team
