About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Telemarketing & Appointment Specialist in the beauty industry. You'll be the friendly voice representing our brand, helping customers discover and book beauty experiences they'll love.
Key responsibilities
- Engage warm leads by reaching out to customers who have already shown interest in our services
- Schedule and reschedule appointments to ensure customers get the time slots that work best for them
- Attend to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Follow up with existing customers to strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call and appointment details
- Receive comprehensive training to understand beauty services
About you
- Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales preferred
- Strong communication and phone etiquette – clear, confident, and friendly
- Self-starter who works well independently and consistently meets targets
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing customer data
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales
- Proven track record of high turn-ups and successful conversions
