Patient Service Associate (1 year Contract/Islandwide) #HZOT
📍 Location: Central/East/North-East
🕐 Working Hours:
Weekdays: 7.00AM–7.00PM (Any 8 hours/day according to roster)
Saturdays: 7.00AM–1.30PM (Any 4 hours according to roster)
Must be comfortable starting as early as 7.00AM on some days
💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Register and assist patients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate specialist referrals.
- Handle payments and patient enquiries.
- Address patient concerns and escalate when required.
- Provide good customer service to patients.
- Assist at the health monitoring station, including taking patients’ height, weight and blood pressure.
💼 Job Requirements:
- Min N/O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any fields
- Must be comfortable with vaccinations/medical checkup
