Customer Support Specialist – Precious Metals | Up to S$4,000 + Bonuses
Compensation: S$2,700–S$4,000/month + 13th-month bonus + up to 3 months variable bonus
Work Arrangement: 5-day week, incl. 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun)

The Role
Our showroom is where our brand comes to life. You'll serve customers, handle precious metals with precision, and help improve how we operate. It's a launchpad into the precious metals industry for someone curious and driven.
What You'll Do
- Serve showroom customers, guide them through our products and complete transactions accurately
- Handle gold, silver and platinum for purchases and sell-backs, including authenticity testing
- Support customers via email and phone
- Spot problems, propose improvements, and contribute to marketing, affiliate and customer care initiatives
- Use AI and digital tools to work smarter
Who You Are
- Intelligent and meticulous, with sharp attention to detail
- Calm, with good common sense and judgement
- Proactive and acts without waiting to be told
- Versatile across counter, operational and desk work
- Clear, warm communicator in spoken and written English (additional languages a strong plus)
- Enthusiastic about precious metals and keen to learn
- AI-forward and open to new tools
No diploma or degree required. Attitude and willingness to learn matter more than your CV.
This is not a passive retail job. We need someone who engages, takes initiative, and treats every high-value transaction with care. For the right person, it's a genuine stepping stone into a precious metals career.
