- Shift Pattern: Work 4 off 2
Job Scope:
- Manage concierge duties efficiently to enhance the overall guest experience
- Offer personalized shopping recommendations based on guest preferences
- Provide detailed information on brands and product offerings
- Inform passengers of current promotions and special deals
- Respond promptly and professionally to retail inquiries from passengers
- Communicate with passengers through in-person, message, video, and live chat interactions
- Ensure a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience for all passengers
Key Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or retail
- Strong team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays
