Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests and tenants warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with opening vehicle doors and handling luggage or bulky items when required.
- Provide attentive and personalised service to VIP guests during their arrival and departure.
- Provide directions and assist guests with basic enquiries regarding the building and available facilities.
- Attend to guests’ requests and assist in resolving simple issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, neat and welcoming environment at the lobby and driveway areas.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor as required.
