Responsibilities
- Install and route structured cabling such as Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A and fiber optic cables.
- Perform cable pulling, termination, labelling and testing.
- Troubleshoot basic cabling and connectivity issues.
- Assist with basic electrical works under proper supervision where required.
- Read basic drawings, layouts and installation plans.
- Ensure work is completed according to safety and quality requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment and installation records.
- Travel to different project sites when required.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training can be provided.
- Experience in cabling, electrical, telecom or technical work is an advantage.
- Able to use basic hand and power tools.
- Willing to work at heights and different project sites.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- EMA Electrical Worker Licence is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Candidates without EMA licence must be willing to attend relevant training if required.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
