Salary: $2,600–$3,000/month
📍Changi
Work Arrangement: Subject to operational requirements
- 4 days/week – 12-hour shifts
- 5.5 days/week – 9-hour shifts
- Weekend work will be required
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food production and kitchen operations
- Lead and manage production crew
- Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Ensure production targets and schedules are met
- Manage manpower deployment and work allocation
- Conduct staff briefings and ensure SOP compliance
- Handle ground staff issues and resolve operational matters when they arise
- Prepare and submit incident reports when required
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and escalate where necessary
Requirements
- Relevant supervisory experience in food production, catering or kitchen operations
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to handle staff and operational issues effectively
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
