- Monitor and track customer complaints, compliments and feedback
- Handle service recovery and provide appropriate solutions, including vouchers where applicable
- Gather and analyse genuine customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Identify recurring issues and spot customer service trends
- Work closely with internal teams to improve overall customer experience
- Be the voice of the customer and provide insights to support service improvements
