Return Right Ambassadors (2-Month Contract Renewable)
Working Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (including weekdays and weekends)
Location: Islandwide (North, South, East, West, Central)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Return Right Ambassadors to support public outreach efforts for Singapore's recycling initiatives. You will engage members of the public, promote proper recycling practices, and assist residents in using Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Educate members of the public on identifying eligible recycling containers.
- Guide residents on the proper use of Reverse Vending Machines.
- Encourage responsible recycling behaviour and address basic public enquiries.
- Monitor machine usage and report operational issues to supervisors or vendors.
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and positive image at all times.
- Ensure deployment areas remain clean, safe, and presentable.
Requirements
- Singaporean
- Confident and comfortable interacting with members of the public.
- Customer service, event, ambassador, or outreach experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of recycling or environmental initiatives preferred (training will be provided).
- Available with no prior commitments from November/December 2026.
