• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and company standards.
• Ensure food presentation and taste consistently meet expectations.
• Assist in menu planning, food costing, and recipe development when required.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and
sanitation regulations set by the Company, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, prepare shopping lists, and track expenses.
• Minimize wastage of food, utilities, and other resources.
• Support and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient daily operations and service.
• Prepare ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting), portion and pack food, and assist with beverages and
tea break items according to standards.
• Support media-related activities such as interviews and food tastings when required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Working hours: 11am – 8pm, with 1.5-hour lunch break
- 6-day work week
- Current off day: Friday
- Weekend off days will be available once the kitchen team reaches 3 staff
- Experience: Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Chinese F&B
- In-house meals provided
- Performance incentives upon passing probation (2 months)
- Priority given to Singapore Citizens
- Food Safety Course preferred
- Able to speak Mandarin
