Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality and customer satisfaction. You play a crucial part in our mission to deliver exceptional dinning experience and contribute directly to the success of our restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage team members effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer- focused effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations and company polices.
- Ensure all food and beverage quality meets the company standard.
- Assist with staff recruitment, training , scheduling and performance management to maintain a motivated and competent team.
- Maintain clear communication with the Restaurant Manager and team member to ensure seamless operation.
- Any ad-hoc assigned by the Restaurant Manager
- Requirements:
- Service Orientated with a passion to serve.
- Positive attitude.
- Good Team Player
- Good communicate skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
