Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and passionate candidates to join our team. This is a structured management development programme designed to groom future F&B leaders and Managers.
You will receive hands-on training across restaurant operations, people management, customer service and business performance, with opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
1. Structured Operations Training
· Undergo comprehensive on-the-job training across key areas of restaurant operations.
· Gain hands-on exposure to restaurant opening and closing procedures, service operations, POS and cashiering.
· Learn and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety.
· Understand and follow company SOPs, operational standards and service procedures.
2. Restaurant Operations & Business Management
· Support the daily operations and smooth running of the restaurant.
· Assist in monitoring sales performance, labour productivity, inventory and operating costs.
· Learn effective manpower deployment, shift planning and staff scheduling.
· Assist with stock management, ordering, receiving and inventory control.
· Identify operational issues and work with the management team to implement improvements.
3. Customer Experience
· Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and dining experience.
· Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
· Monitor service standards and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
· Entry-level with a Degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
· Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to communicate effectively with customers and team members in a Chinese restaurant environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passionate about the F&B industry and willing to learn.
· Good leadership potential and problem-solving skills.
