Responsibilities:
Prepare and check export docs (Bills of Lading, permits, invoices, and packing lists)
Monitor shipment progress and update stakeholders on arrival/departure dates
Assist with shipment bookings, cargo collection, and container loading schedules
Handling date entry, manage filing and replying to emails
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
