We are hiring Warehouse Admins for our client to support their daily warehouse operations!
📍 Location: East Singapore
💼 Employment: Full-time
🕒 Shifts: Day / Night shifts
💰 Monthly Salary: $2,300–$3,000, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound orders using SAP/WMS.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, delivery orders and inventory records.
- Update stock movements and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and transport personnel on deliveries and shipments.
- Assist with inventory checks and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience using SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Previous warehouse administration or logistics experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work the assigned day or night shift.
