Pastry & Confectionery Maker
We are looking for Pastry & Confectionery Maker to join our production team at Twenty Grammes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake sponges, tart shells and other pastry components
- Produce mousse cakes, tarts and desserts for our outlet
- Prepare creams, fillings, mousses and other pastry components
- Assemble, cream and finish cakes to our required standards
- Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation and portioning
- Maintain proper food hygiene, storage and cleanliness standards
- Support seasonal products and new launches when required
Requirements
- Relevant pastry/baking experience preferred
- Comfortable with both pastry production and cake finishing
- Able to cream and finish cakes neatly
- Good attention to detail and consistency
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
