📞 Customer Service Officer
📍 Location:Ubi / Greenwich
💰 Salary: Up to $2600
📅 Contract Period: 1 yr extendable (Stable Job)
🗓️ Working Days:
Depending on department - Office hours / 3 rotating shifts / 4 weekdays 1 weekend
📝 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle enquiries related to Government body via phone and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information and assistance to members of the public
• Follow up on customer enquiries and requests where required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service at all times
