📞 Customer Service Officer
📍 Location: ESR Chai Chee / Novena
💰 Salary: $12/hour
📅 Contract Period: 2 - 6 months contract / extendable
🗓️ Working Days:
Monday – Friday
⏰ Working Hours:
8:30am – 6:00pm
📝 Job Responsibilities:
• Handle enquiries related to Government body via phone and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information and assistance to members of the public
• Follow up on customer enquiries and requests where required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service at all times
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum GCE O Level or Higher NITEC with at least 2 years of customer service experience
• Candidates with A Levels, Diploma, or Degree qualifications are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable handling enquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
