We're looking for energetic, confident, well-groomed personnel who enjoy engaging with guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Hospitality or fitness backgrounds are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control for the assigned section.
- Minimize food waste while maintaining cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist with menu development, recipe improvements, and staff training when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
