We're looking for energetic, confident, well-groomed personnel who enjoy engaging with guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Hospitality or fitness backgrounds are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control for the assigned section.
  • Minimize food waste while maintaining cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Assist with menu development, recipe improvements, and staff training when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
